The main properties of polyethylene are its high durability (between 50 and 100 years) and excellent corrosion resistance against solvents and even acidic environments.    One of the most important uses of geomembrane sheet is its utilization in the process of extracting precious metals from its ore (Heap Leaching). For this purpose, after installing the geomembrane sheet in the pre-prepared place, the extracted ore is spread on the sheet and while spraying sulfuric acid according the schedule, it dissolves existing metals and is transported to predetermined channels by geomembranes.

   This product is produced and supplied in a width of 7 meters (the largest width in our country and the most common in the world) with a thickness of 0.8 to 3 mm and according to the indicators GRI-GM13 standard as a universally accepted standard for this product, And the size of the mentioned indicators in the laboratory equipped and located in the factory is carefully controlled and then provided to the consumption network. Although the national consumption is lower, but for the annual production capacity of 7 million square meters has been invested and with a history of 10 years of activity, millions of square meters of it has been used in various industries, including power plants to cover evaporation ponds. Other records of the use of these sheets include the projects of Isfahan 2 (Montazeri), Yazd (Sedighi), Parand, Abadan, Mahshahr, Shahid Rajaei and Shazand Arak power plants as the only domestically produced product.
